Skating on the pond, or in summer, swimming, hiking, relaxing on the screened porch is just part of the amenities you will enjoy There is a cozy loft for sleeping or snuggling up with a book, or playing with toys, a darling updated kitchen, and a nice addition for another bedroom or family/dining room. The screened porch is perfect for relaxing with a good book. On the water's edge, a small cabin with fireplace and bath ( needs updating) Enjoy peace and quiet and escape from the crowds, but drive 10 mins to shopping, Lake Sunapee. 20 mins to I89 and 90 mins to Boston. 4 hours to NYC.
